Fresh figs for anything  great with pork, duck, rabbit, or just to make a hot confiture to serve on cake or with croissant


 How wrong could you get with tomatoes   Yummy
Some of the first Citrus of the year  I dry the skin to make my wonderful seasoning  and Juice or pickle them for me

No meat monday

I try every monday on my day off to created a whole day without meat  today I made a wonderful soup from my garden harvest  tomatoes, garlic, zucchini, carrot and a little home made hot chili pesto,  some baguette from Whistler Pure Bread (the best BC bakery)
so good with a good fermented black tea
