Grill Cheese with Daiya faux cheese

Pan fry savoury French toast style on sourdough bread with Daiya faux cheese, tomatoes and basil pecan paste.

2 egg  Maison Cote fines herbes   
2 slice of Daiya cheddar vegan cheese style
tomatoes  
fresh basil leave blend with pecan and lemon olive oil 
salt, pepper 
et voila

Roasted veggies


a very simple way to roast veggies  
Build as a French Tian  
cut all veggies with a mandolin build a caramelized onion at the bottom or the dish  place all veggies in a row or as a mosaic  olive oil, salt,  pepper ,herbes de Provence or my chimichurri seasoning 
Oven at 350 F add a little dish with water at the bottom of the oven and you veggie will have a beautiful colour 



Beluga lentils

Beluga Lentils one cup sprout 
 Cook in 3 min served with veggies and tofu
Simple and delicious
