Pasta, Pesto, and Gnocchi from Scratch

Italian cuisine is easy; all you need is fresh ingredients and some enthusiasm. Both evenings can be booked separately and feature a three-course meal prepared in class.

Homemade Gnocchi - Ist Evening - 1/$70 
Wednesday, October 17th, 2012. 
6:30pm-10:00pm

Preparing gnocchi is simple. The secret lies in the right mixture of ingredients that ensures the lightness of the gnocchi. This evening's meal features potato gnocchi, however, you will learn about many different varieties of gnocchi and how to make them.

Homemade Pasta - 2nd Evening - 1/$70
Wednesday, October 24th, 2012. 
6:30pm-10:00pm

Preparing pasta dough is a lot of fun - especially when you do it with your partner, your family, or together with friends. This evening's meal will feature squash ravioli, but you will also learn about other kinds of pasta such as noodles, lasagna, pasta fillings and sauces.
