After roasting eggplants and mushroom
I had a little craving for fry's
2 large potato
cut and trow in a pan with olive oil, Maison Cote Herbes de Provence and some Maison Cote Curry Mango blend, salt & pepper
Convection oven 375 F till crisp
I have made a balsamic- chipotle sauce to go with it
one can of chipotle & one cup of basic balsamic in the blender and this is it the rest in a clean jar to the fridge for any other dish
