Maison Cote Pork Rack

I was on Granville Island and purchase this pork piece  at Armando  I really like most of the shops at the Public Market

So I brine it,  seasoned it with my Vancouver  steak seasoning  good for any roasting  

 et voila

                               Roasted onions, potatoes and port reduction as a sauce
