Fall Food, every day little pleasure

Fall Little Pleasures 
the sweet pepper stuff or stir fry they are just fantastic


 Ready for a sauté(Stir Fry)




Turmeric Pasta with sauté Veggies ( sweet peppers, onion, carrots, eggplant, spinach, salt pepper and balsamic pesto toast it all and just a brilliant lunch as is or had some chicken, sausages, tofu, temper or cachou…



My favourite for my curry so easy cut in two remove the seeds, peel, dice, slices or roast, Steam, stir fry or in the oven or bbq, just love it  make a amazing stuffing for home made ravioli  with a fresh herbs butter 

 To much well vacuum bags and freeze just so convenient


Pear my favourite as well I like them when very firm to make a carppacio ( like)  with olive oil and parmigiano reggiano 30 month old with crush walnut and black pepper, lightly roasted, just yum 
If you eat meat add some prosciutto between the raw pear and the Parmigiano
un pur délice


A fun idea pierce firm grapes with a cherry pitter and stuff it with blue or feta cheese 
you could also make a paste with some goat cheese and roasted walnut pure and stuff the grapes with a pastry bag
