Grill Cheese with Daiya faux cheese

Pan fry savoury French toast style on sourdough bread with Daiya faux cheese, tomatoes and basil pecan paste.

2 egg  Maison Cote fines herbes   
2 slice of Daiya cheddar vegan cheese style
fresh basil leave blend with pecan and lemon olive oil 
salt, pepper 
et voila
