Umami Burger Los Angeles

here it is 

I was in Santa Monica  enjoying the sun, ocean, this fantastic cooking school at Santa Monica place, 

I ear lot of good comments on Umami Burger a fast growing Californian chain.

They all medium rare  This is perfect for me but you could request your own cooking preference
I did not take any deep fry on that day  (sore throats) but the fry, yam and onion tempura ring look so good
